| Snapper has a thin line of a scar from
a cut on her right hip (she rubbed on a broken tree branch) that you
can see in the rear-view photo below. It was only 1 or 2 months
old in that photo, so could go away all together still. |

Snapper is a pretty filly
with that gorgeous silvery-body roaning who looks like she might almost be a
chestnut roan (darker red than just normal strawberry roans). She got her name because
we were building fence the day she was born, and the pin-locks we were
using were "Red Snapper" brand. It just seemed to fit, but of
course, you are welcomed to give her a different name when you buy her.

Snapper's sire is an own
son of Gay Bar King (see below). She comes royally bred, and ought
to have big muscles based upon her sire and dam. This is a filly
that really needs to be shown somewhere...be it 4-H, a foundation
registry, or AQHA. She will turn heads on the trail as well, and
then will produce gorgeous babies down the road for you if you are a
breeder.

TO THE LOSS OF OUR STALLION! We were going to keep her to breed to
him, but now need to keep a couple of his own fillies. With great
regret, we've decided that we should let this filly go in order to keep
our stallion's bloodlines here in our program.
